ATM Security

Protecting your information

Do not lend your ATM card to anyone. Please notify us immediately if you lose your ATM card or it has been stolen. You should review account disclosures for additional information on electronic
fund transfers.

Always save your ATM receipts and mark each ATM transaction on your account records so you can compare your records with your account statements. Be sure you are in a safe place when accessing your
account.

Prepare for your transactions at home by filling out a deposit slip in advance to minimize your time at the ATM, especially when using an after-hours deposit facility.

Protecting yourself

Be aware of your surroundings when making a transaction. Keep an eye out for suspicious activity near the ATM or after-hours deposit facility, especially after dark, and be sure that the facility, parking
area and walkways are well lit. Don’t accept assistance from anyone you don’t know. Consider having someone accompany you when making a deposit or withdrawal after hours. If you notice any damages or suspicious
activity, please contact us immediately.

When withdrawing or making deposits, don’t display your cash. Put it away as soon as the ATM transaction is completed and be sure you are in a secure place before counting your withdrawn funds.

At a drive-up facility, make sure all car doors are locked and that the only window down is on the driver’s side. Keep the engine running and remain alert. If you notice any damage to a facility, please
let us know, and report any suspicious activity to both the facility and local authorities immediately.

After you have begun your transaction, if you notice anything suspicious or if any other issue arises consider cancelling the transaction and going to another location or coming back at another time.
